LEGAL RULES "HALLOWEEN4U" CONTEST

FIRST.- ORGANIZING ENTITY

The BED4U HOTELS entity will develop a free raffle in order to promote the chain's hotels.

SECOND.- TERRITORIAL, TEMPORARY SCOPE, PARTICIPATION

This promotion will be valid and will be announced on the same day and time that the post is published on Facebook, and will continue until November 13, 2017 . The periods established for the contest are the following:

From October 27 to November 5, 2017: Photo publication period (both included) From November 6 to 12, 2017: Voting period (both included). November 13, 2017: From 12: 00h the result will be published.

All persons over 18 years of age who correctly meet the requirements of the contest may participate in the contest. Bed4U Hotels reserves the right to exclude from the contest photos that do not meet the requirements set forth.

Photos must meet the following conditions:

Have been taken in a bed4U hotel between October 27 and November 5, 2017. The photo must clearly recognize that it was taken in a bed4U hotel. The theme of the photo must refer to Halloween. Be published on the Facebook contest platform within the established deadlines.

The following photos will be discarded from the contest:

Photos that do not meet the conditions set out in these legal bases. Photos that include digital retouching modifying the nature of it. Photos that, for various reasons, can be considered offensive, humiliating or humiliating for the people who appear in it, for people alluded to in it or for the company itself.

The right to participate in this draw is completely free.

The objective of this promotion is to publicize the hotels of the Bed4U Hotels brand as well as to promote the image of the brand on social media.

FOURTH.- AWARDS

The prize of this promotion consists of a FREE stay for a FAMILY of maximum 4 people (1 room, 1 night) with buffet breakfast included to choose between the hotels bed4U Pamplona, bed4U Tudela or bed4U Castejón.

Prize conditions:

- The prize may in no case be subject to change, alteration, cash compensation or assignment at the request of the winner / s.

- The participation of the same person through different Facebook profiles is strictly prohibited.

- The commercialization and / or sale of the prize or the right to obtain it is prohibited.

- Bed4U Hotels is not responsible for the use made of the prize by the winner.

- The waiver of the prize will not give any right to compensation or compensation.

During the promotional period indicated above, all those natural person users, over 18 years of age, may participate in it through their Facebook profile with the publication of their photo.

To participate you must be a Facebook user and meet the requirements indicated above.

The winner of the contest will be the author of the photo with the most votes on the bed4U Hotels official Facebook profile.

In the event that the first winner does not claim their prize, it will go to alternate number 2: the second photo that has obtained the most votes.

If none of the winners can be contacted, the award will be declared void as of November 1, 2017.

SIX.- NOTICE OF WINNERS AND AWARDING OF PRIZES

The winner of the award will be published starting at 12:00 noon on November 13, 2017 . The winner will be published on the Bed4U Hotels Facebook page.

The winner must send a private message through the inbox of the Facebook page, with their personal data and email address to send the prize, within 7 calendar days from the date of notification of their status as winner. .

The period for claiming the prizes will end after these 7 calendar days after the publication date of the winner of this promotion (November 13).

The winner must make their reservation, by phone, at the chosen bed4U at least 15 days before the day of arrival at the hotel, always subject to hotel availability. The winner will be able to redeem their prize until January 31, 2018 (excluding national holidays).

SEVENTH.- USE OF THE IMAGE OF THE WINNERS AND THE MATERIAL THROUGH WHICH THEY PARTICIPATE

The winners of this promotion authorize Bed4U Hotels to use their name and / or Facebook profile image, in any advertising material linked to this promotion and for its purposes, including social networks, without the right to any economic compensation. .
