BED4U HOTELS DRAWS UP A NATIONAL EXPANSION PROJECT FOCUSED ON MADRID, BARCELONA AND NEARBY PROVINCES.

COINCIDING WITH ITS 4TH ANNIVERSARY, THE NAVARRO HOTEL GROUP, WITH ITS NEW “SMART COST” MODEL, BEGINS A NATIONAL EXPANSION PLAN FOR THE NEXT YEARS 2015 - 2018.
The Bed4U Hotels expansion project begins with the endorsement of four years of positive results, in which the turnover has reached an increase of 30% in sales since 2011.
“This hotel project was born with a vocation for development beyond Navarra. In all the decisions made, we have been clear that this was the way ”, affirms Ramón Sola, CEO and Founder of Bed4U. “After a lot of work and effort, we are ready to take the next step. During the next three years, we will focus on Madrid, Barcelona and neighboring provinces as future locations for our hotels ”.
The new locations have been designated by the demand of hotel customers, who request to have a Bed4U in destinations to which they travel frequently. Currently, the expansion plan is in the evaluation phase of different opportunities, both in new construction projects and in the change of operator in existing hotels.
“The goal set for 2018 is to expand the chain to 10 hotels. An ambitious purpose but with a very clear path that we have included in a 'Master Project' to facilitate the standardization of our development model ”, says Ramón Sola.
The 'Smart Traveler': An endorsement for expansion.
The success obtained by Bed4U Hotels is due, to a great extent, to the good reception of the new “Smart Cost” concept, of which they are pioneers.
